Michelle (BExPhys) is an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP) with a keen interest in social justice and improving the quality of life for the older population. To empower people by improving their ability, self-confidence, and independence is a great gift to bestow onto others.
Michelle also works in orthopaedic/cardiac/neurological rehabilitation as an AEP.
She enjoys a good outdoor adventure, street & nature photography, bouldering, weightlifting, cooking, playing the piano and spending time with her greyhound, Maddie.
