Sarah completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of New South Wales in 2025. Her thesis explored the link between inner-speaking-induced suppression with subjective measures of inner speech.

Sarah is currently working as a Research Assistant in the Dementia and Healthy Ageing Lab led by Professor Kaarin Anstey. Primarily, she is involved in the CogCoach-Health study, which explores the effectiveness of modifying lifestyle risk factors in supporting healthy brain ageing.
