Nadine holds a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, which she completed in Austria in 2018. During her studies, she conducted literature research on the effect of mirror therapy on phantom pain, as part of her Bachelor's thesis. Since then, she has worked as a physiotherapist in various fields. Her passion for neurorehabilitation and research led her to pursue a Master's in Health and Rehabilitation Technologies. As part of her Master's thesis, she conducted a trial using 3D Video analysis to display shoulder elevation due to uneven handlebars on a bike, as a simulation for an arm-length difference as a possible result of an arm prosthesis.

Currently, Nadine is employed at the Spinal Cord Injury Research Centre (SCIRC) at NeuRA. She is involved in various clinical trials that explore the effects of transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation on walking ability, upper limb function, and respiratory function in people with chronic spinal cord injuries.
