Clinical Neuropsychologist RegistrarKristi Lord is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar with a strong interest in adult neuropsychology, brain health, and the early detection of cognitive change. She completed her postgraduate training in Clinical Neuropsychology at Macquarie University and works with adults experiencing concerns related to memory, attention, thinking, and everyday cognitive functioning. Â At NeuRA, Kristi works with Associate Professor Emma Devenney and Associate Professor Julia Lappin on the Optimizing Brain Health in Midlife Research Clinic, a new clinical research pathway for adults aged 45 years and over who are experiencing persisting cognitive concerns, aimed at improving early identification, personalised intervention, and dementia prevention. Â Kristi has a particular interest in subjective cognitive decline, functional cognitive symptoms, perimenopause and cognition, neurodegenerative conditions, and the relationship between cognitive, emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors. She is committed to providing warm, supportive, and person-centred care, helping individuals feel heard, understood, and better equipped to manage their cognitive concerns. |
