Andrew Finch joined NeuRA in early 2026 as Chief Operating Officer, following a long and distinguished career in the legal and corporate sectors.

For 12 years, Andrew was part of the leadership team at Qantas – as General Counsel, Company Secretary and Group Executive, Office of the CEO. Through some of the most challenging periods in the aviation industry, Andrew led the teams that were responsible for the management of legal, company secretariat, compliance and business integrity, privacy and data governance, remuneration and benefits governance, and industrial and employee relations across the Qantas Group, as well as Group Internal Audit & Risk, Group Safety and Group Security.

Prior to Qantas, Andrew was a partner at Allens Linklaters in Sydney, specialising in mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate governance and general commercial transactions, with a sojourn at Linklaters in London over 1999-2001 in the same practice areas.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws from UNSW, a Master of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney, and a Master of Business Administration (Exec) from the AGSM.
