Taya completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, with her thesis examining the relationship between visual enumeration and arithmetic competency. Her research interests focus on cognitive psychology, particularly the processes underlying learning, memory, and performance. She has a background in psychology administration and cognitive assessment and is currently working as a Research Assistant in the Cognitive Ageing Lab, contributing to the CogCoach-Health study.
