Suhaana completed her bachelor’s in medical science and majored in neuroscience in 2022. She is currently an honours student in the Faculty of Science at UNSW Sydney and Neuroscience Research Australia, supervised by Cyndi Shannon Weickert and Gerardo Mendez Victoriano. She is very interested in mental health research her honours project is on investigating if astrogliosis is occurring in midbrains with high levels of neuroinflammation in schizophrenia.
