Saya Tomizawa graduated from The University of Queensland (UQ) in 2021 with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (1st Class Honours).
She previously served as a senior research assistant at the Poche Centre for Indigenous Health, project officer for the Parenting and Family Support Centre and a senior research assistant at the Lives Lived Well Research Centre located within UQ.
Saya’s interests lie in understanding the relationship between resilience and mental health and wellbeing outcomes, and she is currently undertaking her PhD with the Gatt Resilience Lab at Neuroscience Research Australia. Â
