Lyndall is an occupational therapist with a research focus on safe transportation of children with disabilities in motor vehicles. Lyndall has worked clinically in the field of equipment prescription and vehicle modification for passengers and drivers with injuries and medical conditions.

Lyndall is currently researching the impact of modifications to child restraints for children with disabilities on safety.  Utilising NeuRA’s Transurban Road Safety Centre, and working closely with MACA (Mobility and Accessibility for Children in Australia Ltd) we aim to develop best practice guidelines for transporting children with disabilities in child restraints.
