Emily is a Research Assistant to Dr Emma Devenney at NeuRA. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience at The University of New South Wales, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. She is currently advancing her learning through further postgraduate study, with an interest in neuropsychology and neurodegeneration. 

At NeuRA, Emily is involved in a range of Dr Devenney’s research projects and jointly coordinates clinical trials within the Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network (DIAN) unit, facilitating both the clinical and logistical aspects of trial delivery and data collection. She draws on her practical experience in neurophysiological techniques and sample processing, psychometric testing, and patient-centred support, to ensure that research activities run smooth and effectively.
