Alice Hatt is a biomedical engineer with a research focus in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and the development of novel MRI techniques and data analysis methods. Employed in this capacity since 2011, Alice has worked on a diverse number of research projects in this area including ex and in vivo tissue property research of various biological tissues (e.g. liver, tongue and upper airway tissues, brain, skeletal muscle and adipose tissue), and research dealing with sensitive groups (e.g. people with tetraplegia, obstructive sleep apnoea, children, the elderly).
