EXploring the Future of ExerCIse Devices in AutomaTEd Vehicles (EXCITE)
The EXCITE Study is investigating the feasibility, acceptability and effectiveness of exercise devices in automated vehicles.
We are seeking volunteers who are:
- Aged 18 – 65 years old
- Able to handle exercise that is not too strenuous but still requires some effort (like brisk walking or jogging)
- Willing to visit Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) in Randwick once
- Able to read the participant information and consent form and provide informed consent
Some exclusion criteria apply.
What’s involved in participating?
People who participate in the study will visit NeuRA in Randwick once, to complete a 20-minute exercise program in a simulated driving environment and answer some questionnaires about yourself and your experience.
Participants in the study will be compensated a $50 e‑voucher for their participation in the study.
