Karl has over 20 years’ senior management experience in the not-for-profit sector working with CEO’s, Boards and Committees. 

This experience includes developing and executing strategic plans across fundraising, philanthropy and marketing. Along the way Karl has created, developed and led strong fundraising teams that significantly grew revenue and results for the organisations he worked with.

Previous senior roles included Events Development Manager MS Australia, Acting Head of Fundraising Variety NSW, NSW State Manager Heartkids, Development Director at Nature Conservation Council and Head of Fundraising and Philanthropy at National Justice Project.
