With 10 years of experience in the facilities management industry with a key focus on critical infrastructure & research environments, Matthew joined the NeuRA team in 2023 as Facilities, Engineering & Building Services Manager. Matthew leads the FEBS team who has key responsibilities in the planned maintenance, repair & lifecycle upgrade of NeuRA’s built environment & building services assets along with a strong focus on support to research operations.

Matthew has previously worked for investment banks J.P. Morgan & The Royal Bank of Scotland managing their critical services & more recently The University of Sydney managing mechanical services across all sites & campuses.

Qualifications include a diploma in facilities management operations, trade in refrigeration & air conditioning (electro technology) & frontline leadership & management through the Royal Australian Naval College.
