Felicity joined La Trobe Financial in December 2022 as Senior Executive, Head of Marketing. She has over 20 years senior executive experience with across brand and marketing management, sales, product and project management. She brings an award-winning track record of leading the full marketing suite for direct consumer brands and intermediated global financial services brands, underpinned by a strong focus on execution and driving commercial success.
Prior to La Trobe Financial she was at Franklin Templeton/Legg Mason for 6 years (from February 2017) as Managing Director, Head of Marketing Australia & New Zealand. Before joining Franklin Templeton/Legg Mason, Felicity spent three years at Hastings as Global Group Director of Marketing where she was responsible for the marketing and communication strategy, managing the brand and media relations. Previously she was with National Australia Bank where she held a number of senior roles since 2010 including being the Head of Wealth Marketing, Head of Advice and High Net Wealth Marketing and the Head of Marketing – Platform and Investments. Prior to that she was with Skandia Australia Limited & Intech Investments where she was General Manager – Marketing, Product and Strategy. Other roles Felicity has undertaken throughout her career have included Head of Distribution and Customer Management at Suncorp Wealth Management and Head of Adviser Marketing at Colonial First State. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University in Western Australia.
