Last week NeuRA’s Bequest Manager Leonie Harle was on the road again, traveling two hours south of Sydney to the exquisite Southern Highlands to meet with important NeuRA bequestors and update them on NeuRA research and projects.
Leonie chatted with these lovely ladies over tea, walks in the vineyards and in their own homes, explaining all the new research going on at NeuRA. Through all of our many research fields, Leonie specifically elaborated on our new Parkinson’s research, new brain mapping and atlas work and the new dementia group which has arrived, lead by Prof Anstey, whose research focuses on dementia risks and prevention. The bequestors extremely grateful to have someone from NeuRA keeping them updated on our research and our future.
