Hamish has a keen interest in psychology, neuroscience and human behaviour. He completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Neuropsychology at Macquarie University. His honour’s thesis was on the malleability of muscle perception in males varying in body dissatisfaction, whilst his master’s dissertation was on Parkinson’s disease, computational modelling and procedural learning. With clinical experience across a variety of settings (e.g., Neurology, Community Mental Health, Stroke Rehabilitation), he is passionate about rehabilitation, intervention and health promotion. He joined NeuRA mid-2022 and brings this experience to the Anstey team, working on both the SHAPE and MyCoach health promotion studies.
